Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a CrashlineMoto Sponsor. The CrashlineMoto Sponsor Program is designed to reward individuals who help grow the CrashlineMoto community through authentic promotion and customer referrals.

By joining the CrashlineMoto Sponsor Program, you agree to follow all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Sponsor Eligibility

To become a CrashlineMoto Sponsor, individuals must:

  • Provide accurate information during the application process.
  • Be approved by CrashlineMoto before receiving sponsor benefits.
  • Agree to represent CrashlineMoto in a positive and professional manner.
  • Follow all guidelines and requirements outlined in this agreement.

CrashlineMoto reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any sponsor from the program at its discretion.

2. Sponsor Discount Code

Approved sponsors will receive a unique personal discount code.

Sponsors may use their code to:

  • Share with friends, family, followers, and their audience.
  • Promote CrashlineMoto products.
  • Track customer purchases generated through their promotions.

Sponsors may not:

  • Share false information about CrashlineMoto.
  • Advertise unauthorized discounts.
  • Change, modify, or misrepresent CrashlineMoto pricing.
  • Use their code for personal purchases to gain sponsor rewards.

3. Sponsor Levels & Rewards

Sponsor levels are determined by the total number of qualifying sales generated using the sponsor’s personal discount code.

🟢 Rookie Sponsor

0–10 qualifying sales

Perks:

  • Personal CrashlineMoto discount code
  • No commission

🔵 Pro Sponsor

11–30 qualifying sales

Perks:

  • Personal CrashlineMoto discount code
  • One free CrashlineMoto T-shirt
  • No commission

31+ qualifying sales

Perks:

  • All Pro Sponsor perks
  • 5% commission on qualifying sales

4. Qualifying Sales

A qualifying sale is a completed customer purchase made using a sponsor’s personal discount code that:

  • Has been successfully paid for.
  • Has been fulfilled by CrashlineMoto.
  • Has not been canceled.
  • Has not been returned or refunded.
  • Was not purchased by the sponsor themselves.

CrashlineMoto reserves the right to review and verify all sales before applying them toward sponsor levels, rewards, or commissions.

5. Sponsor Level Advancement

  • Sponsor levels are based on lifetime qualifying sales.
  • Sponsors advance automatically once they meet the required sales amount.
  • Once a sponsor reaches a new level, they will maintain that level unless removed from the program.
  • Fraudulent or invalid sales may be removed from a sponsor’s total.

6. Commission Terms

Elite Sponsors are eligible to receive a 5% commission on qualifying sales.

Commission guidelines:

  • Commission begins after achieving Elite Sponsor status.
  • Only sales made after reaching Elite status qualify for commission.
  • Commission is calculated from the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees.
  • Commission payments may be delayed until orders are verified and any return/refund periods have passed.
  • CrashlineMoto may establish a minimum payout amount before commissions are issued.

7. Free Product Rewards

Pro and Elite Sponsors who qualify for free product rewards will receive the designated CrashlineMoto product.

Rules:

  • Free products cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Product rewards are subject to availability.
  • Sponsors must provide accurate shipping information.
  • CrashlineMoto is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the sponsor.

8. Brand Representation

Sponsors are representatives of the CrashlineMoto brand and agree to:

  • Promote CrashlineMoto honestly.
  • Maintain a positive image while representing the brand.
  • Avoid inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content associated with CrashlineMoto.
  • Avoid making false claims about CrashlineMoto products.

CrashlineMoto may request removal of content that negatively affects the brand.

9. Content Usage Permission

By participating in the CrashlineMoto Sponsor Program, sponsors give CrashlineMoto permission to repost, share, and feature sponsor-created content related to CrashlineMoto.

Sponsors maintain ownership of their original content.

CrashlineMoto will not sell or license sponsor-created content without additional permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

Sponsors may not:

  • Purchase products through their own discount code to earn sales.
  • Create fake accounts or fake orders.
  • Encourage customers to place and refund orders.
  • Spam users or engage in misleading promotion.
  • Use CrashlineMoto branding without permission.
  • Claim to be an owner, employee, or official representative of CrashlineMoto beyond their sponsor status.
  • Promote competing brands while actively representing CrashlineMoto.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program.

11. Termination of Sponsorship

CrashlineMoto may terminate a sponsor’s participation at any time due to:

  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Misuse of sponsor benefits.
  • Actions that harm the CrashlineMoto brand.

Upon termination:

  • Sponsor benefits will end immediately.
  • Discount codes may be disabled.
  • Unpaid commissions related to invalid sales may be canceled.

12. Program Changes

CrashlineMoto reserves the right to modify:

  • Sponsor levels.
  • Rewards.
  • Commission rates.
  • Program requirements.
  • Terms and conditions.

Changes will be communicated when possible.
